So it's been a while since I've updated (and yes, I know I say this very often), but life has been pretty hectic. Between friends, school, moving, and spending impossible amounts of time with the guy I like, I have found that I don't have as much time for Deviantart anymore. Despite the massive amounts of immaturity and ^_^ ^_^ on this website, somehow, some way...I'm still here. Maybe it's because I'm still a little immature myself, but hell, I gave up caring a little while ago.

My art has gotten a little better, I think. I need to gain some kind of digital skill when it comes to photoshop, but damn, I'm just so lazy. I want to see the final product almost immediately and besides, I don't really know how to use photoshop. I have some experience with layers and shit like that, but it really makes the difference when you know how to blend those colors to get something spectacular. I've branched into traditional art to see if I can get anything going with that, but I've decided that I really want to be an animator. I want that to be my career.

A little side rant: I've lost a lot of contact with friends on my way through growing up. I stopped trying to make everyone happy, because I know that isn't going to work anymore. It's really no use trying to make someone happy if you're making yourself unhappy trying to accomplish that goal, am I right? So, I've become completely self reliant...I have close friends, and I keep close friends, but I don't think I'll let myself get down to that emotional level with them again. What's the point if they have no time for you?
